On the way into Yellowstone, I hit a 25 minute delay for road work. There is a lot of bridge work and road work, much of it paid for with stimulus dollars. The stimulus plan does seem to be creating some jobs.

For me, the stimulus plan gave me a 25 minute break to enjoy the view.
